BOOKING POLICY

When making a reservation, regardless of the means (internet or telephone), the guest accepts and agrees with our general policies that establish the terms of the provision of services by Pousada Siá Mariana from reservation to accommodation, as well as defining reciprocal standards.

General conditions

Our check-in takes place from 2pm until 8pm and check-out until 1pm. In special cases, we ask that you contact our team in advance.
The daily rate includes full board, served in the Pousada's restaurant at the following times: Breakfast from 7am to 10am, lunch from 12pm to 2pm and dinner from 7pm to 9pm. Drinks are not included.
It offers free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
We work with a minimum of two nights in all categories and packages, depending on the holiday in question.
Our tariff is for two people per accommodation. When an extra person is requested in the same room, a fee will be added per person, per night, following our tariff and accommodation policy.
All our values are disclosed in Real (R$), as well as the conditions related to it and may be readjusted at any time, in light of current political and economic uncertainties. If this occurs, we will honor the rates for reservations made before the adjustment. Consult our reservation department for information about our current tariff.
All guests must sign a Term of Responsibility at check-in agreeing with the rules of Pousada Siá Mariana and the risks that activities carried out at the Pousada involve.
The activities offered by Pousada Siá Mariana depend on the time of year and environmental conditions, therefore Pousada Siá Mariana reserves the right to replace any activity.

Policies for Children

Pousada Siá Mariana is recommended for children over 6 years of age. We do not have babysitting or children's recreation services available.
The child rate policy is valid for guests aged 2 to 11 years old when there are two adults in the apartment.
Children from 2 to 5 years of age are considered complimentary* and between 6 to 11 years of age will be charged 70% of the daily rate for the chosen category.
Children over 12 years of age are considered adult fare.
For children or adults staying in single rooms, 100% of the Single will be charged.
Up to 2 children per room. Depending on availability and respecting the occupancy limit of the chosen suite.

Reservation Guarantee Policy

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of 50% of the reservation, with the balance paid before check-in.
To confirm the reservation, the guest must send identified proof of the agreed payment amount to our team via email (reserva@pousadasiamariana.com.br) or WhatsApp. Receipt of the receipt must be confirmed by the Pousada Siá Mariana team.
After 48 hours of sending the reservation proposal, if payment is not confirmed, our system will disregard it and it will be necessary to initiate a new reservation request.
Payment to complete the reservation characterizes the customer's “acceptance” of the Pousada Siá Mariana's accommodation rules and the commitment to pay in full for the package.

Payment

Payment of all reserved nights must be made before check-in.
At check-out, the guest must only pay for any extra and additional consumption.
Please note that 5% of the ISS fee applies to accommodation.
We accept payments via debit or credit card held by the guest, PIX and via bank transfer exclusively to the Pousada's account.
We accept cards: Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express.
We do not receive amounts on behalf of third parties, only on the company's CNPJ. We do not work with checks or bills.
The reservation holder is responsible for full payment of the reservation. Payments will not be accepted by credit card held in the name of someone other than the guest.

Check-in and Check-out

Our check-in takes place from 2pm until 9pm and check-out until 1pm. In special cases, we ask that you contact our team in advance.
All guests entering the Hotel must present original personal documents with a photo at check-in - ID, Driver's License, Passport or Birth Certificate (in the case of children).
Minors accompanied by third parties, other than their parents or legal guardian, are required to present authorization for accommodation signed by their parents or guardians with a signature duly registered at a notary's office or with judicial authorization (Statute of Children and Adolescents - Law 8.069/90) .
The customer is aware that they must vacate the apartment before 1 pm on the last day of their stay, failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional or proportional daily charge being charged.
We offer the possibility of early check-in and late check-out. This policy will be applied subject to availability and prior arrangement, in order to maintain the excellence of our service: Early check-in: From midnight (00:00) until 9:00 am, a full daily charge will be applied. From 9 am onwards, a half-day charge will be applied. Late check-out: From 1 pm to 6 pm: Half daily charges will apply. After 6 pm a full daily charge will be applied.

Changing the Period of Stay

For greater convenience and peace of mind for guests, all reservations can be changed up to 15 days before check-in.
These requests will be accepted as long as they are formalized by sending them by email (reservas@siamariana.com.br) informing the full name of the person responsible for the reservation, with the date of the stay and the new intended date and the reason for the change.
The request will be evaluated based on the availability of the Inn for such a change. A date transfer fee of R$200.00 will be charged for each change requested, as well as any price difference between one period and another.

Accommodation cancellation

The request to cancel the reservation will only be accepted as long as it is formalized in writing to the reservation department of Pousada Siá Mariana, via email (reservas@siamariana.com.br) informing the full name of the person responsible for the reservation, ID and/or or CPF of the holder, date of stay, bank details and reason for cancellation. Cancellations by phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
To define refund amounts, the date the email was sent and the guest's arrival date will be considered, as detailed below:
Up to 90 days before the entry date: Exempt from fines, only bank fees will be deducted, when applied.
From 89 to 29 days before the arrival date: 30% of the reservation value will be charged.
From 30 to 16 days before the arrival date: 50% of the reservation value will be charged.
Less than 15 days from the arrival date: Full payment of the reservation, without the possibility of any refund.
Confirmation of cancellation must be made by the person responsible for the reservation department at Pousada Siá Mariana.
In cases where a refund is applicable, the refund period is up to 30 business days. The credit viewing procedure is the sole responsibility of the card administrator and varies according to the expiration date.
Cancellation within the regret period will be refunded within 7 (seven) business days and through a refund with your card administrator.

Early check-out

There will be no refund of values, discounts or credits on new nights due to reduced night stays.

No Attendance

In cases of no-show without prior written communication within the first 24 hours of the check-in date, it will be considered a "no-show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation is canceled automatically, with due retention of 100% of the amount paid.

Transfers

Transfer services, Cuiabá - Siá Mariana - Cuiabá, are not included in the prices. We offer the service separately, upon consultation.
There is the possibility of air transfer. It is an outsourced service, with additional costs that need to be communicated in advance to organize the Pousada team.
During the flood season, access to the inn is only possible by boat. The Inn has a support structure 15 minutes from Mimoso. Where we have a parking lot, with internet access and a marina for boarding and disembarking guests, the journey from the marina to the inn takes approximately 20 minutes. Boat departure times will be communicated to guests in advance.

General information

Pet Policy: We do not accept pets of any size or species, except guide dogs, which must be informed in advance at the time of booking, in accordance with Law No. 11,126, of June 27, 2005.
The daily rate includes full board at the following times: Breakfast from 7am to 10am, lunch from 12pm to 2pm and dinner from 7pm to 9pm.
Our à la carte restaurant accepts orders from 8am to 10pm.
It is prohibited to enter Pousada Siá Mariana with food and alcoholic beverages or not, except in cases previously authorized by the inn staff.
Corkage Fee: If guests wish to bring and consume their own wine, a fee of R$80.00 per bottle of wine and R$100.00 per bottle of whiskey and cachaça will be charged. Other drinks will not be allowed to be brought.
In accordance with Federal Law No. 8069, art 81 of the Child and Adolescent Statute, the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited, whether or not they are accompanied by an adult over this age. Pousada Siá Mariana, acting in accordance with the law, not only prohibits it, but if the law is not respected within our establishment, it will demand the immediate removal of the person who is committing it.

Inn Rules

This regulation defines standards and procedures for understanding between guests and the Pousada's management, always remembering that common sense and mutual respect constitute the best references for conviviality.
All accommodation and environments at the inn are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, bathrooms and in common areas for guests, in accordance with STATE LAW No. 13,541, OF MAY 7, 2009. Only use external areas designated for this purpose. This policy is a matter of respect for the majority and the environment. If you smoke inside the accommodation, a charge will be applied for thorough cleaning of all porous material and fabrics, amounting to R$850.00 (eight hundred and fifty reais).
Our structure does not allow exclusivity in common living areas.
For the physical safety of guests, the Hotel has closed circuit TV, with monitoring of the corridors, reception, living room and other public areas.
All guests and their authorized guests hereby assign all image rights to the inn, resulting from image capture by the internal security system during accommodation. These images will not be transferred to third parties, except as determined by police authorities or by court order.
Under no circumstances do we allow drone flights on our premises, preventing it from disturbing the privacy of other guests.
We do not allow access by professionals from any area to work directly with guests without prior authorization from the Hotel (photographers, for example) and we may charge a negotiated fee for release.
Access to the Pousada's facilities is restricted to guests and authorized people. It is not permitted to receive visitors in the rooms or in any facility at Pousada Siá Mariana.
The Pousada is not responsible for any object/money forgotten or lost in common areas, which is the sole responsibility of the guest.
The objects found will be communicated to the guest and will be kept for 90 days, after this period, they will be donated or discarded.
It is not permitted to wash clothes and shoes in the bathrooms of the rooms. It is not permitted to hang clothes on windows, balconies or on furniture in apartments.
It is prohibited to remove towels from apartments for external use.
The cleaning of the apartments will be carried out from 8am to 1pm, except on IN and OUT days.
The objects, furniture, linen and utensils owned by the Pousada are entrusted to guests to provide them with comfort and well-being, and are responsible for their conservation. The guest who, due to lack of care and misuse, causes damage to equipment, facilities, linens or other items must reimburse the Pousada the monetary value corresponding to the market price of the damaged object.
It is not permitted to wear pajamas, without a shirt or swimwear in the common areas of the inn.
When the guest leaves the Pousada, they must leave the key at reception. If it is lost or lost, a fee of R$50.00 (fifty reais) will be charged.
The opening hours for using the pool are from 8am to 9pm.
Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the pool unaccompanied by their parents or guardians, the same applies to the Pousada's external areas.
Towels for specific use in the pool will be requested from the management and any damage, loss or loss of towels will incur a charge of R$120.00 (one hundred and twenty reais).
The use of glasses and/or glass bottles or sharp utensils is not permitted in the pool area.
The Pousada's activities close at 11pm, after this time we ask for collaboration in silence (LAW OF SILENCE) out of respect for all guests. Included in this law is the prohibition of any and all types of instruments that may interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests, including musical instruments, speakers, fireworks.
The guest or visitor may be asked to vacate the room or leave, for violating any rule in these regulations, for exhibiting antisocial behavior or for not paying the amount due.
